What is Grey Blending?
Grey Blending/ Lived-in color is a low-maintenance hair color technique that embraces subtle transitions, such as balayage, ombré, and grey-blending. It creates a natural, sun-kissed look with softer regrowth, allowing for longer periods between touch-ups and less damage to the hair.
What to expect at your first appointment
A Comprehensive Consultation and We Will Start The Blending Process: At your first appointment, I will start by discussing your grey pattern, hair color history, and put together a long-term plan that suits your needs. I treat the first session much like a full highlight, using both highlights and demi-permanent lowlights throughout your hair to create a blended, seamless look. Future appointments are customized after the first appointment and typically dont require as much once the base is where you want it. The goal is to soften any harsh lines and give your hair more of a “blank canvas feel” this will grow out a lot more naturally, though we may need to let the hair grow out more to assess the grey pattern fully.​
