Trinity Salon in Newberg, OR is expanding our team. We’re looking for commission stylists who are hungry to learn and excited to join a forward-thinking, clutter-free, clean-air salon focused ONLY on haircuts and color.

💨 Clean-Air Certified — We’re the only salon in Oregon filtering chemical

fumes throughout the day. Our system brings in fresh air, filters formaldehyde, ammonia, viruses, bacteria.... out of the air in the building throughout the day.
🎓 Free In-House Training . Before taking clients we require you go through our style of cutting to ensure that clients can get similar experiences from every stylist in the salon.  
💸 Base Salary or Commission (whichever is higher) We offer a sliding scale commission structure based on sales. The more you bring in the higher your commission for the month will be. 

💸At Trinity Salon, we reward long-term professionals. We offer retirement matching up to 3% after your first year.

💡 Upgraded lighting for perfect color formulation - We have balanced lighting at the chairs that we modeled after the same principles photographers use so that we can see the true tones of the hair. If it looks good in this lighting it will look good in all scenarios outside of the salon
